Prices

All prices are daily prices in DKK and are only valid on the day of order. Price changes may therefore occur. All prices include VAT and all other statutory charges, but exclude shipping. We will withdraw the money for the purchase from the customer's account when the item has been shipped from Sleepbag®.

We reserve the right for sold-out items, typos, misspellings, and changes in price, color, model, and specifications.

Shipping & payment

Shipping costs of DKK 42.00 per order will be charged. Free shipping for purchases over DKK 499.00. Delivery with GLS to a parcel shop.

Delivery

Goods are delivered with GLS to a parcel shop. Unfortunately, we cannot send the package to your home address, but will deliver it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

Normally, all goods are in stock, and we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after it has been received and confirmed. Otherwise, you will be informed of any extended delivery time.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your purchase, the goods must be returned to:

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and any track and trace number.

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. It is also possible to purchase a return label for DKK 75 via this link:

IMPORTANT!

We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after notifying us of your cancellation, and you must return them no later than 14 days after cancelling.

Please note!
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

You must include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase when returning your items.

You are also very welcome to drop off your items at the store.

REPAYMENT

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and refund you the amount you paid us at the time of purchase.

The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

You may lose all or part of your purchase amount. This happens if the value of the item has deteriorated, for example, if:

  • you have actually used the item.
  • it has been damaged while in your care.
  • you have handled the item in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  • you have not complied with the limitations of the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type, etc.

Complaints procedure

If you as a customer have a complaint, or if you disagree with how we have handled a situation, you can complain to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution ODR.
