Sleepbag.bycar is designed for children between 0 and 9 months. To always create an optimal temperature and coziness for the little one, you fold the car seat bag according to the season and age. If you have the child indoors or in a well-heated car, you can advantageously open the side wings and possibly roll down the duvet so that the child does not get too warm.

Warmer weather/indoors: 0-9 months

  • Turn the hood to the back.
  • Place your child in the car seat and fasten them according to the car seat manufacturer's instructions.
  • Roll down the duvet and secure it in the small pocket in the bottom of the bag, if desired.
  • Leave the side wings open.

Cooler weather: 0-2 months

  • Turn the hood towards the front of the bag.
  • Place your child in the car seat and fasten them according to the car seat manufacturer's instructions.
  • Fold the duvet in half so that the plush side faces outwards in the upper half (see photo 1 below).
  • Fold the side wings so that the child's head is free, and tie the bottom drawstring (see photos 2 and 3).

 Cooler weather: 3-9 months

  • Turn the hood towards the front of the footmuff.
  • Place your child in the car seat and fasten them according to the car seat manufacturer's instructions.
  • Lay the duvet in a single layer to achieve full length.
  • Fold the side wings over the duvet, so the head is free, and tie both drawstrings.

Technology: Sleepbag.bycar contains the insulating and body temperature-regulating material TEMNI Technology, which creates a comfortable and balanced temperature for your child.

Safety: The harness openings allow the car seat harness to be adjusted snugly against the little one's body, ensuring your child is as safe as possible in the event of an accident. Thick outerwear creates air between the child and the harness, which can lead to serious injuries.

Practical: The side wings are windproof and water-repellent. The bag can be easily washed at 40 or 60 degrees as needed – simply open the drawstrings and turn it inside out. Afterwards, you can tumble dry it on low heat with 3-6 tennis balls, and it will quickly be ready for the next car ride.
