When shopping online and at www.sleepbag.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
All items in the online shop can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, and there is a 2-year right to claim for defects.
Items purchased online at www.sleepbag.dk that have been opened and tried must be returned to www.sleepbag.dk in accordance with the applicable terms of trade described below.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in multiple batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.
After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to establish their nature, characteristics, and how they function.
For some items, the right of withdrawal may be lost. This will be stated in the description of items for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, e.g., due to the nature of the item, or where you may lose your right of withdrawal by breaking seals.
For example, the Sleepbag baby sleeping bag and Sleepbag sheets are not included in the right of withdrawal if the products have been tested by washing and in connection with testing with a child, this is for hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us unequivocally no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

Payment:
We accept payments with Dankort, VisaDankort, eDankort, Mastercard, PayPal, GPay, Shop, Anyday and Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
As a public institution, it is also possible to pay with an EAN number.
Bank transfers are only accepted from businesses and require prior agreement.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flexible payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be incurred. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled.
