Code of Conduct

At Sleepbag, we go the extra mile – not just in terms of design and functionality, but also when it comes to responsibility. We are committed to acting in a socially responsible manner, respecting both the environment and the people involved in our production.

For us, it is fundamental that all our baby products are developed under proper and safe conditions. This means we place high demands on our partners – concerning working conditions, materials, and production methods.

We collaborate with a few, carefully selected manufacturers with whom we have built close and long-term relationships. Several of our manufacturers are European and have Scandinavian roots, which helps ensure a high standard and a shared understanding of quality and responsibility. This close dialogue and continuous collaboration allow us to monitor production closely and ensure that our products live up to our values.

As part of our commitment to responsibility, we have implemented a Code of Conduct – a set of ethical rules that all our suppliers are obliged to adhere to. This code helps ensure focus on human rights, good working conditions, environmental considerations, and responsible production, among other things.

We lean on international standards and principles for responsible business operations. Here, the UN Global Compact plays an important role with its 10 principles in human rights, labor rights, environment, and anti-corruption.
