FAQ
Most Sleepbag products can. However, if in doubt, please check the care label on the individual product. For urine, faeces and vomit, we recommend a washing temperature of 60°C, and for general soiling, we recommend 40°C.
We recommend a laundry bag for some of our products. For example, a laundry bag is recommended for our sheets to protect your other laundry from getting caught in the Velcro. See our washing guide for individual products above.
If you wish to protect your baby sleeping bag from frequent washing,
we recommend washing it inside a duvet cover, as it acts like a laundry bag.
We do not recommend waterproofing, as young children put the materials in their mouths, and we do not know what hazardous substances a waterproofing agent contains.
We recommend a liquid neutral detergent that is free of enzymes, perfume, and dyes, and that is dermatologically tested. It should be as gentle as possible for both textiles and skin.
We recommend washing all baby and children's textiles before use. This ensures that any small fibers from cutting during production are washed away.
You can wash the leather straps as they are made of synthetic leather and designed for this purpose. The leather straps may get scuffed during washing if handled incorrectly, so check the product's washing guide above.
The colors do not fade after washing, which is due to the fiber-based materials and our surface treatment.
We can help with most damage to your products, and we recommend that you write to us using the contact form below if an accident has occurred.
