When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and any track and trace number.

You must pay the costs of returning the item yourself. It is also possible to purchase a return label for DKK 75 via this link:

You do not need to fill out any forms or email us about the return. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.

Please send your items back as soon as possible. Make sure your name and preferably invoice number are included with the returned item. Your right of return is 30 days after you have received your item.
