Prices
All prices are current daily prices in DKK and are only valid on the order day. Price changes may therefore occur. All prices include VAT and all other statutory fees, but exclude shipping. We will deduct the purchase amount from the customer's account when the item has been shipped from Sleepbag®.
We reserve the right for sold-out items, typographical errors, input errors, and changes in price, color, model, and specifications.
Shipping and Payment
Shipping costs DKK 42.00 per order. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.00. Delivery with GLS to a parcel shop.
It is also possible to pick up your items at our store at Gåseagervej 6, 8250 Egå.
If the item is in stock in the webshop, it is also in stock in the store. So you don't need to order the item. Just come to the store, where you can also pay.

Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Your payment will be debited when your order is picked up (by GLS) from us or picked up by you in the store.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is made with GLS to a parcel shop. Unfortunately, we cannot send the package to your home address, but will deliver it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.
Normally, all items are in stock, and we will dispatch your order within 3 working days after it has been received and confirmed. Otherwise, you will be informed of extended delivery time.

Returns
If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to:

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
You must pay the costs of returning the item yourself. It is also possible to buy a return label for DKK 75 via this link:

IMPORTANT!
We expect you to ship the items as soon as possible after notifying us of your cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have cancelled.
Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Proof of your purchase and return form
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or state your order number.
REFUND
When we receive the item, we will check it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid us at the time of purchase.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE:
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because:
- you have actually used the item
- it has been damaged while under your responsibility
- you have handled the item in a way other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items
- you have not complied with the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that follow from sealing, item type, etc.
Complaint options
If you as a customer have a complaint, or if you disagree with our handling of a situation, you can complain to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution ODR.
