Washing:
Wash at 40 degrees for normal washing and 60 degrees when needed, e.g. after spit-up or pee accidents. Tumble dry on low heat with 3-6 tennis balls.

Please wash the product alone in your washing machine.

Turn and hang up the play platform. There are 16 large pockets for e.g. a pacifier, diaper kit, or other baby gear.

Material: The play arches from Sleepbag are made of specially flexible fiberglass rods with foam.

The outer material is microfiber with our iconic PU leather strap with a snap button.

Function: The arches fit more than one product, namely both our footmuff Sleepbag.exclusive. The arches can also be used with our activity mat and cot bumper.

They are easy to take on the go.
They are easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.
They are CE marked.

Shipping and Payment

Shipping costs DKK 42.00 per order. Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499.00. Delivery with GLS to a parcel shop.

It is also possible to pick up your items at our store at Gåseagervej 6, 8250 Egå.
If the item is in stock in the webshop, it is also in stock in the store. So you don't need to order the item. Just come to the store, where you can also pay.

Delivery

Delivery of goods is made with GLS to a parcel shop. Unfortunately, we cannot send the package to your home address, but will deliver it to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

Normally, all items are in stock, and we will dispatch your order within 3 working days after it has been received and confirmed. Otherwise, you will be informed of extended delivery time.

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

We expect you to ship the items as soon as possible after notifying us of your cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have cancelled.

REFUND

When we receive the item, we will check it, and you will be refunded the amount you paid us at the time of purchase.

The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

Prevent flat head syndrome

You can supplement the play mat with the non-slip foam wedges, which help prevent and alleviate flat head syndrome. The wedges can be placed in the pockets on the underside of the blanket – or wherever you need them.
